I am writing this note to all concerned as I'm sure there are far too many people involved for just one to be highlighted, however, those mentioned in this note were there with us from start to finish.

First and foremost I take this opportunity to commend you and your team on a job well done. The catering for the Navy Ball 2012 at NOM, Naval Base, Karwar organised by Sterling Resort, Karwar was exceptional to say the least. Mr. Hemant Rai and his team have done a fab job!

I'd like to place on record the appreciation of all Officers, families and guests who attended the event on the high quality of food, its presentation and taste. Not only did your effort live up to our expectations but you have far exceeded them on all counts with your enthusiasm and co-operation throughout the conduct of the event.

A special word of thanks to Mr. MS Beliappa who was present onsite to add that extra punch with his inputs and ideas. My note would be incomplete without a mention of Mr. Sridhar who was the backbone of the team and never ceases to amaze me with his 'never-say-no-attitude'.

Here's looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with your 'property'.

An absolute heart-warming and pleasant trip to Karwar-Emerald Bay...

Karwar is certainly a calm & serene place to marvel at and savor the beauty of Nature. Adding to that is the location of the Sterling resort there! Overlooking the marvel of the Kali River flowing into the Arabian Sea, Karwar - Emerald Bay is a beautiful Sterling Holidays resort where you experience tranquility of the mind and soul.

Karwar and its surrounding areas should be explored on at least a 7-day trip for its sheer natural beauty and history. It is worth going on some nature walks around the resort for spectacular views and discover some untouched clean beaches. I would highly recommend that a visit to Emerald Bay is worthwhile.

My long holiday at Ooty-Fern Hill and Kodai-By The Lake was a memorable one!

Both the resorts had lovely ambience and were staffed with courteous and friendly employees. Kodai-By The Lake definitely needs a highlight here - very exclusive, comfortable and well-maintained. The Fun Rangers team had a range of Holiday Activities designed in the evenings to engage and entertain all age groups.

Our family is very specific on Jain food, but the excellent team out there cooperated and served delicious Jain food throughout the stay. Our overall vacation with Sterling Holidays went very smooth and happy; I would recommend everyone to experience it.

Firstly, a special thanks to Ghosh and his team for a truly memorable stay at Darjeeling - Silver Oaks.

It would be a little unfair to expect everything to be ship shape at this moment with renovation plans underway, but I am unbelievably impressed. A genuine effort was shown in everything, even in the simple routine work like cleanliness of the resort, setting the daily menu, etc. The resort had an incredible panorama of nature with great ambience and appetizing food, which made it a beautiful place to relax and refresh.

A quick suggestion - introduce more entertainment or activities for children.

I am pleased to share a great experience at Kodai-By The Lake resort, one of the best resorts in the Sterling network. The British architecture theme overlooking the Kodai Lake with appealing landscaping as a resort theme concept is outstanding. The choice of a-la carte menu at the multi-cuisine restaurant was very tempting.

The Sterling team at the resort was certainly a bunch of gem people and kudos to the entire team. A special thanks to Mr. Suman from the Fun Rangers team, who was a complete ‘Superstar’ in organizing the activities and keeping the guests happy irrespective of age group; especially the Talent Show organized for us on Sunday, was remarkable.

Thank you for making our stay a memorable one and hope to visit other Sterling network destinations.
