Keep it aside.<\/li>\n<li>Chop parsley and shallots into fine pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Put a frying pan on the stove. Pour some butter and add pepper corn, chopped shallots and prawns. Saut\u00e9 everything till they change colour.<\/li>\n<li>Add wine, chopped parsley, dough, fish stock and a little parmesan cheese. \u00a0Stir continuously.<\/li>\n<li>Use a baking plate with a ring mould. \u00a0Pour the above mixture in between the ring mould and top with rest of Parmesan cheese.
