Boil potato and grate it into small bits.<\/li>\n<li>Add half of the chopped garlic into the hot oil and Saut\u00e9 it.<\/li>\n<li>Add chopped onion to it and Stir.<\/li>\n<li>When the onion changes colour, add chopped spinach. Stir it continuously.<\/li>\n<li>After five minutes, add salt, pepper and grated boiled potato, stir it.<\/li>\n<li>Add crushed soaked split peas.
