Whip the other egg in a bowl and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Press the mince mixture on skewers and shape it like kababs. Cook in a preheated oven (475\u00b0 F\/250\u00b0 C) or tandoor till almost done for approximately 10 minutes, while turning in between.<\/li>\n<li>Brush kababs with egg wash, coat with grated egg white and remaining grated cheese.
