Do you allow pets in your resorts?
- We are currently extending this facility at select resorts to our guests on prior booking only.
How many pets are allowed in a room?
- A maximum 2 pets are allowed per room.
Are there any additional pet fees?
- The pet fee is Rs.2000 plus taxes per pet per room per night payable at the Resort at the time of check-in.
How do I book a room without a pet?
- To see other categories of rooms please deselect the option "I am travelling with a pet" filter on the search panel.
Are there weight or breed restrictions?
- The resort allows dogs weighing up to 30kg only
Are pet travelers limited to specific pet friendly rooms?
- For the convenience of our guests, we have allocated only a few pet- friendly rooms in our resorts.s
Can I leave pets unattended in the rooms when I go out for sight-seeing?
- The pet (s) cannot be left unattended in the room at any time and they shall be kept on leash at all times in public areas.
Do you provide dog walking facility?
- The resort does not provide this facility and the pet owners are responsible for walking their dogs.
Are there areas of the hotel that are off limits to pets?
- Yes, access to common areas like restaurant, spa, swimming pool, gymnasium, Discovery Central etc. are restricted to pets.
Do you provide a pet friendly menu?
- Yes, a pet menu is available at the resort.
Do you have boarding kennels for the pets inside the permitted rooms?
- No, we do not have boarding kennels.
Is vaccination mandatory for the pets?
- Yes, vaccination is mandatory for all pets and proof of vaccination should be sent to the resort in advance. Pets should be vaccinated a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of stay.
Do you have any pet clinics nearby?
- Details of nearby pet clinics are available with the Front Desk, however, the resort does not take any responsibility for the services provided by them.
Do we arrange any Dr. on call or help me procure emergency medicine?
- No, we don't provide 'Over the Counter' medicines. In case of emergency, details of a nearby pet clinic will be provided.
Do we sell any special items for the pets? Like toys, calming chews, calming collars, clothes, shoes, etc.
- At the moment we do not sell any special items for pets.
