Yes, you can cancel a reservation anytime up to 72 hours before check-in and the cancelled days will be re-credited to your account. Re-credited days need to be used up in the same 1-year product validity period. For cancellations made within 72 hours and for no-shows, the cancelled days will not be re-credited.

No. The product is designed for you to take holidays with your immediate family. At any point of time, you can only book 1 room using Sterling Circle. For any additional rooms, you can book the same at the prevailing rates on the Sterling website, subject to availability.

No. You can purchase Sterling Circle on your name or you can jointly purchase the product with your spouse. Either you or your spouse need to be a part of the stay party at the resort when using Sterling Circle to take a holiday.

The Sterling Circle hotel rewards program excludes these dates as they fall within a premium period when rooms are sold at a higher price point, which is beyond the scope of this product's cost.

No. You will have to purchase nights at the prevailing rates on the Sterling website to holiday during the black-out dates (visit https://www.sterlingholidays.com/bookings for bookings). You cannot combine Sterling Circle or any other product/offer to book holidays during the black-out dates.

No. Only the offers provided under Sterling Circle can only be used when holidaying with Sterling Circle. Any other offer cannot be combined with the offers provided under Sterling Circle.

You can make reservations by following these easy steps:
