What is Sterling Circle?
Sterling Circle is a pre-bought product that has been launched by Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd. It is a vacation plan, offering 8 nights across Sterling resorts within a year for a fixed price. It includes a resort voucher card (SCRV) and bonus vouchers (SCV) for extras like meals or activities.
How many days of holidays can I enjoy with Sterling Circle?
Sterling Circle provides you with 8 nights of holidays to be enjoyed over 1 year.
When can I start taking holidays using Sterling Circle?
You can start taking holidays once your Sterling Circle product is activated. Activation will be done within 7 working days from the date of realization of your payment towards 100% of the Sterling Circle Product. Activation will be done through an email to your registered email address, where your username and password will be shared.
How do I use Sterling Circle to book holidays?
After completing your 100% payment for the Sterling Circle Product and activating your account, you'll receive an email containing your username, password, and a link to the booking page. Simply click the link, log in with your credentials, and access the secure booking page. Choose your travel dates, select from available resorts, and confirm your booking to receive your Confirmation Voucher via email. Happy Holidaying! You can also view your account details, including remaining room nights and vouchers, on your secure account page.
What is the room type that I will be able to book?
Sterling Circle provides you with 8 nights of holidays in a Classic Room (or equivalent) in Sterling resorts. This will provide accommodation for 2 adults and a child below 5 years (sharing the bed with the adults)
What if I would like to take an additional child / adult with me?
If you wish to bring an additional child or adult, you can do so if the Classic Room in the resort has the capacity. You'll need to pay the applicable charges per night, which may vary depending on the resort and time. Additionally, subject to availability, you can upgrade to a superior room by paying an upgrade fee, also varying by resort and time. You can stay as 2 Adults + 1 child (below 5) or add an extra child/adult, paying the relevant charges, provided the room can accommodate the extra person.
Can I take all 8 nights together in 1 shot?
You can take anywhere from a minimum of 1 night to a maximum of 8 nights in 1 shot itself. However, booking is subject to availability.
What happens if I do not use the nights or have some balance nights left at the end of the 1-year period?
Any nights left in balance at the end of the 1-year period will automatically lapse and cannot be claimed after the end of the period.
What is the booking window?
You can request bookings anytime between 3 months and 24 hours before check-in.
What happens if I request a holiday and I do not get the booking?
Holidays are subject to availability. Sterling has the right to cap the inventory that is set aside for Sterling Circle at any point in time and can set aside inventory for other products / services, too.
Can I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel a reservation anytime up to 72 hours before check-in, and the canceled days will be re-credited to your account. Re-credited days need to be used up in the same 1-year product validity period. For cancellations made within 72 hours and for no-shows, the canceled days will not be re-credited.
Can I use the product to book multiple rooms?
You can book a maximum of 2 Rooms at any point in time, whether it is in one resort or multiple resorts. If you would like to book even more rooms, you will need to purchase multiple Sterling Circle products � however, each product will be treated individually and the two cannot be clubbed together for usage, validity, bookings etc.
Can I gift my room nights to someone else?
No. You can purchase the Sterling Circle product in your name, or you can jointly purchase the product with a co-applicant. Either you or your co-applicant need to be part of the stay party at the resort when using Sterling Circle to take a holiday.
What is the Sterling Circle Resort Voucher Card?
The Sterling Circle Resort Voucher Card (SCRV Card) is an inclusion in your Sterling Circle product. It is a multiple-use virtual e-Card that is pre-loaded with a fixed amount as per the product inclusions, which will be sent to you on your registered email id along with an M-Pin along with the intimation of activation of your Sterling Circle product. The SCRV Card can be used whenever you holiday at a Sterling resort while taking a holiday using Sterling Circle. It is equivalent to a cash card and can be used at the resort against any expenses that you might incur.
What is the Sterling Circle Voucher Card?
The Sterling Circle Voucher Card (SCV Card) is an inclusion in your Sterling Circle product. It is a multiple-use virtual e-Card that is pre-loaded with a fixed amount as per the product inclusions, which will be sent to you on your registered email ID along with an M-Pin along with the intimation of activation of your Sterling Circle product. This is a 50% discount card � meaning, for any spend you do at the resort towards food, spa, holiday activities etc. you can pay up to a maximum of 50% of the value through the SCV card and pay the balance in cash / through the SCRV Card.
Why do you have black-out dates between 20th December to 2nd January?
The Sterling Circle product has been designed with these dates blacked out. The cost per room night for these 2 weeks is much higher and would increase the cost of the Sterling Circle product, making it less attractive for the rest of the year.
Can I use the Sterling Circle nights and pay a difference to take holidays during the black-out dates?
No. You will have to purchase nights as our usual guest who books during the black-out dates. (You can book the holiday using https://www.sterlingholidays.com/bookings) You cannot combine Sterling Circle or any other product/offer to take holidays during the black-out dates.
I have been given a free meal voucher to be used in Sterling. Can I combine that voucher along with the SCV Vouchers or the SCRV Card?
No. The offers provided under the Sterling Circle product can only be used when taking holidays under Sterling Circle. And the offers provided under Sterling Circle cannot be combined with any other offers.
