Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti is one of the most traditional Italian dish and probably the most popular pasta variety. Spaghetti Bolognese, a divine dish that emerges from the Italian cuisine history gives you a rich taste of Sicilian goodness. With so many flavours coming together in the sauce, this dish will leave you spellbound.

Spaghetti | 150 gm |
Garlic | 25 gm |
Carrot | 50 gm |
Parmesan cheese | 15 gm |
Black pepper powder | 5 gm |
Capsicum | 1 pc |
Bell pepper | 1 pc |
Onion | 2 pc |
Parsley | 10 gm |
Brown sauce | 75 ml |
Red wine | 25 ml |
Olive oil | 25 ml |
Mutton mince | 100 gm |
Oregano | 3 gm |
Salt | To taste |
Bay leaves | 1 pc |
Method
- Place a non-stick frying pan on the stove, pour oil in the pan and put bay leaf.
- Add chopped garlic and stir till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Add 1 chopped onion, sauté for a while and add chopped carrot.
- And then pour red wine.
- Add mutton mince & salt, keep the stove in simmer and stir continuously till the mutton is cooked.
- Add parsley, pepper and brown sauce. Keep the Bolognese sauce aside.
- Take another non-stick frying pan, place it on the stove and pour oil.
- Add chopped garlic and stir till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Then add shredded onion, oregano, capsicum, bell pepper and sauté for a while.
- And finally add boiled spaghetti and salt. Then toss it.
- Put this in a plate and pour the hot Bolognese sauce on the top.
- Top the dish with cheese and serve.
