Prawn Thermidor
A Rich, tasty recipe of baked prawns with steamed rice

If you love sea-food very much, this is the perfect dish for you. It is a very succulent and nutritious preparation which is also very filling. You can make this fantastic dish in a Jiffy and serve your family.

| Prawns (75 gm each) | 4 pcs |
| Shallots | 60 gm |
| Butter | 25 gm |
| White wine | 60 ml |
| Fish stock | 100 ml |
| Fresh cream | 100 ml |
| Parsley | 10 gm |
| Parmesan cheese | 50 gm |
| Pepper corn | 4 gm |
| Flour | 25 gm |
Method
- Add little butter to flour and knead it to make dough. Keep it aside.
- Chop parsley and shallots into fine pieces.
- Put a frying pan on the stove. Pour some butter and add pepper corn, chopped shallots and prawns. Sauté everything till they change colour.
- Add wine, chopped parsley, dough, fish stock and a little parmesan cheese. Stir continuously.
- Use a baking plate with a ring mould. Pour the above mixture in between the ring mould and top with rest of Parmesan cheese. Pre-heat oven to 3500 F – 4000 F and bake for around 8 minutes.
- While serving, remove the mould and put a bowl of steamed rice instead
