Penne with pesto sauce

| Fresh basil | 100 gm |
| Pine nuts | 50 gm |
| Olive oil | 40 ml |
| Garlic | 30 gm |
| Parmesan cheese | 70 gm |
| Penne pasta | 175 gm |
| Tomato | 1 pc |
| Capsicum | ½ pc |
| Fresh cream | 50 ml |
| Salt | To taste |
| Pepper | To taste |
Method
- Make the pesto sauce with basil, pine nuts, half of the required olive oil & garlic, parmesan cheese and grind all these and keep it aside.
- Take the frying pan, pore the remaining oil.
- Add the rest of garlic chopped and fry till it turns brown in colour.
- Add julienne capsicum & tomato and sauté it.
- Add penne pasta, salt, pepper, sauté it for a few minutes.
- Then finally, add pesto sauce. Stir it well and finish it with cream.
