Grilled Chicken Breast

Chicken is a favorite mealtime choice in many households, and with good reason. Yummy melted cheese and the savory onions make an irresistible filling in this rich chicken dish. A filling meal that’s as easy as it is impressive. A definite family pleaser.

Method
- Clean chicken breast, marinate with salt, pepper, oil, Thyme and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté;
- Add chopped mushrooms and herbs along with the onion.
- Allow all moisture to dry out and add seasonings.
- Add cottage cheese and mix well.
- Stuff the chicken breast with cottage cheese mixture.
- Grill the chicken till cooked.
- Bake potato and slice.
- Make a bed of bell pepper coulis, place potatoes; place the chicken on the base. Garnish with basil sprig, Grilled roasted garlic.
