A relishing dish for chicken lovers

This is a healthy preparation which can be made in an hour. This dish is guaranteed to be relished by everyone in your family. This comes in handy when you organize a party or informal get-togethers.




Chicken (boneless) cut into chunks 200 gm
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Chilli paste 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Hung Curd 100 gm
Coriander leaves A bunch
Mint leaves A bunch
Spinach 5-6 leaves
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Onions 100 gm
Lemon 1 no
Mustard oil 2 tsp
Salt To taste
Lemon, Vegetables and Onion rings To garnish


  • Marinate chicken chunks with salt, chilli paste and lemon juice. Keep it aside.
  • Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves and spinach together into a fine paste.
  • Add hung curd, ginger paste, garlic paste and Garam masala to the above paste. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add this to the marinated chicken chunks. Keep the chunks in refrigerator for half-an-hour.
  • Remove the chunks from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before cooking.
  • Grill the chunks on skewers or on a grill clay oven.
  • Cook until chicken becomes brown and tender.
  • Garnish with onion rings, slices of lemon and vegetables.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney.
