Makhmali sheek kabab non veg recipeDelicate and delicious, Makhmali Sheek Kabab is a great combination of soft-minced chicken, spices and creamy cheese. Make sure you make a lot of them, as they will disappear quickly!


Ingredients Quantity
Chicken Mince 200 gms
Chopped  Ginger 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
Grated Cheese 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
Jeera Powder ½ tsp
Egg 2
Black Salt As per taste
Grated Boiled Egg White 1
Mint Chutney 2 tbsp


  • In a big bowl mix together chicken mince, chopped  ginger, garlic, 1 tbsp grated cheese, garam masala powder, jeera powder, 1 egg, and black salt. Whip the other egg in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Press the mince mixture on skewers and shape it like kababs. Cook in a preheated oven (475° F/250° C) or tandoor till almost done for approximately 10 minutes, while turning in between.
  • Brush kababs with egg wash, coat with grated egg white and remaining grated cheese. Roast for 1- 2 minutes.
  • Serve with mint chutney.
