How to redeem?
· On the Sterling Website, click on “Book Now.”
· Choose the resort and dates of travel and Check Availability.
· You can opt for any available offers as mentioned on the website. (offer code is applicable on and above the existing offer that is available for you)
· After selecting your room and meal plan, enter your guest details.
· When you go to the booking summary page, you will note that the offer you have availed has been included in the payment summary.
· Now select the SKTK1000 Offer
· Rs.1,000 from your SKBV (Sterling Kotak Bank Voucher ) will get deducted from the booking.
· Make the balance payment using the KOTAK BANK (KOTAK) card and avail of the booking at this special discounted rate.
· The special discount will be applicable only on your KOTAK Mahindra Bank Credit & Debit Cards and not applicable through any other instrument.
· Your booking will be validated by the system basis verification of the KOTAK Mahindra Bank Credit and Debit cards details provided by you and the transaction will be successful.
· Sterling Holidays shall honour and consider requests to make bookings with the Sterling Kotak Bank Voucher (SKBV) only from registered users as per the terms of SKBV mentioned below.
· SKBV may be used only at participating Sterling Resorts in India against room tariff while booking a holiday. The SKBV can be redeemed against bookings within the validity period of the SKBV offer and for a booking on room tariff for a minimum length of stay of two nights and a minimum booking value of Rs. 7000/-.
· The SKBV offer code is valid for the campaign / offer period only.
· The offer dates – Start on the 27th April’24 & is valid thru the 30 June’25.
· Offer will be valid till 30 June2025 and any bookings made during the Offer Period for a stay beyond offer period will be eligible for the offer.
· No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the SKBV (Sterling Kotak Bank Voucher).
· Sterling Holidays reserves the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions occasionally. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.
· The voucher is valid for discounts towards stay and applicable taxes at any participating Resorts when booked on www.sterlingholidays.com website.
· The voucher is not valid for spending towards settling banquet charges, paid outs like car transfers, value-added services on the website, spending at retail or any third-party service establishment at participating Resorts, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised, such as buying medicines, sightseeing charges etc.
· The SKBV cannot be used as a deposit.
· The voucher cannot be used to settle stays booked on/through
a. Corporate rates
b. Group rates
c. Online Travel Agents (OTA’s)
d. Any discounted or contracted room rates
e. Travel Agents/Intermediaries
f. Any commission agents
· The SKBV shall not be applicable for redemption in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s) apart from what is available as an open offer on the brand website.
· The SKBV shall not be valid for cash or currency exchange withdrawal.
· This voucher is for one-time use only, and the entire value will be deducted from the room tariff of the booking where it is availed. No balance will be left/carried over after the voucher is used once.
· The purchase value shall exceed the SKBV value, and the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale through the KOTAK Mahindra Bank Credit or Debit Cards when making a reservation.
· The SKBV is subject to applicable laws. The card voucher holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.

· The Bank and Sterling Holidays reserve the right to revoke the Offer if at any time it is believed that the same is being misused or Offer terms and conditions are being violated.
· The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Sterling Holidays. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with Sterling Holidays by mailing at [email protected] without any reference to the Bank.
· The decision of the Bank and Sterling Holidays in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
· Offer is for one time use only and cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
· Customers who fail to enter the coupon code or using the wrong coupon code shall not be eligible to avail the Offer. Bank shall, in no way be liable in the event that the Customer fails to enter the promo code or uses the wrong coupon code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer.
· The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Sterling Holidays its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
· Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
