Do you allow pets in you resorts?
We are currently extending this facility at some select resorts to our Members only and the same maybe expanded to our other guests at a later stage.
How many pets are allowed in a room?
Maximum 2 pets are allowed per room.
Are there any pet fees?
It is 2000 per pet per night plus taxes.
Are there weight or breed restrictions?
Any dog, weighing upto 30 KG ONLY, is welcomed.
Are pet travelers limited to specific pet friendly rooms?
Yes, we have allocated only few pet friendly rooms
Can I leave pets unattended in the rooms when I go out for sight-seeing?
The pet (s) shall not be left unattended in the room at any time and they shall be kept on leash at all times in public areas.
Do you provide dog walking facility?
The resort does not provide this facility and the pet owners are responsible for walking their dogs.
Are there areas of the hotel that are off limits to pets?
Yes, access to common areas like restaurant, spa, swimming pool, gymnasium, Discovery Central etc. is restricted to pets.
Do you provide a pet friendly menu?
Yes, a pet menu is available at the resort.
Do you have boarding kennels for the pets inside the permitted rooms?
No, we do not have boarding kennels.
Is vaccination mandatory for the pets?
Yes, vaccination is mandatory for all pets and the details should be sent to the resort in advance. Pets should be vaccinated a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of stay.
Do you have any pet clinic nearby?
Details of nearby pet clinic are available with the Front Desk, however, the resort does not take any responsibility for the services provided by them .
Do we arrange any Dr. on call or help me procure emergency medicine?
No, we don't provide 'Over the Counter' medicines. Vet clinic details will be provided
Do you provide / have the provision for first aid in case of emergency
Yes, first aid will be provided for basic injuries, rest of it will have to be done at the Vet.
Do we sell any special items for the pets? Like toys, calming chews, calming collars, clothes, shoes, etc.
