Transfer Procedure – Timeshare & Points Customers
- The original agreement/ certificate of membership to be surrendered, If lost need to provide the Indemnity Bond with Notary Signed.
- No Objection letter from the Existing member and all co-applicants along with the self – attested photo ID proof and signature proof.
- Fresh application form duly filled & signed by the applicant (attached)
- Acceptance Letter of transfer from the fresh applicant
- Color Photo ID & Address proof (e.g. Aadhar Card, Driver’s License, Passport etc.) of transferer and transferee.
- Color Photo Signature proof of the transferor and transferee (e.g. Driver’s license, Pan Card, Passport etc.)
Transfer fee details :
Legal Heir Transfer: Rs 5000 + 18% GST
Third Party Transfer : Rs 35000 + 18% GST
Along with the above documents, transfer fee to be remitted and the mode of payment is given below.

Transfer due to death :

Transfer Procedure – Property Timeshare:
- The owner of the property has to visit the concern sub register office and transfer the undivided share of the land and the building to the prospective buyer.
- On completion of the registration formalities, the photocopy of the same enclosing a letter for transfer has to be sent to the corporate office.
- On receipt of the same, the company shall transfer the property timeshare in favour of new owner after receipt of the transfer fee.
Along with the above documents, transfer fee of Rs 2000 + 18% GST to be remitted and the mode of payment is given below.
