Resort Categories & Booking Terms

Dear Member,
At Sterling, your holidays matter deeply to us. We want every trip to feel special, worry-free, and full of discovery. To help you plan better, here’s a simple guide to how your membership works across different categories of resorts — plus some exclusive benefits you can always count on.

1) Two Resort Categories, One Promise of Memorable Holidays

a) Notified Resorts (Your Core Entitlement)
These are your “always-included” Sterling resorts. Bookings here are exactly as per your membership plan and season availability. (See Annexure A for the current list.)

b) Partner Resorts (Non-Notified)
To give you even more destinations, we also bring you select Partner Resorts through special arrangements. Bookings here come with their own “Special Terms,” which may differ slightly — but still give you a Sterling edge. (See Annexure B for the current list.)

3) What’s Special at Partner Resorts

Partner Resorts sometimes have:
- Fixed-price meal plans (per adult/child per night)
- Blackout dates or minimum stay rules
- Child policy or room category limits

👉 The exact Special Terms for each Partner Resort are listed in Annexure B and shown at the time of booking.

4) Staying Fair & Transparent

- Resort lists may be updated from time to time. Where possible, we’ll give advance notice through your member app/portal.
- If access to a Notified Resort is ever reduced, we’ll provide suitable alternatives in line with your Membership Agreement.
- All prices and discounts are illustrative only. “Up to” savings are the maximum available — actual savings vary by date, occupancy, and room type.
- Taxes and fees are as applicable at the time of booking/stay. The amounts you see at booking are final.

5) Your Food & Beverage Vouchers 🍴

- Pre-purchase only, valid for one stay, non-transferable & non-refundable.
- Cannot be used for alcohol, in-room dining, or outsourced outlets (resort-specific details apply).
- A maximum purchase limit may apply — please check at booking.

Meal rates indicated above are inclusive of current taxes. Please note that these rates are applicable only for buffet services availed at the restaurant and do not apply to à la carte orders or in-room dining.
