Welcome to an evolving collection of Non-Notified Resorts, destinations we’ve made available for you to explore. These resorts may come with unique terms of access, but they promise the same commitment to quality and member privileges you’ve come to expect from Sterling.
More Destinations, More Memories
When many of our members joined Sterling, we had just 10–15 resorts. Today, we’re proud to offer access to nearly 60 resorts across India — and growing! This expansion comes not only through new Notified Sterling Resorts, but also via carefully selected partnerships with like-minded hospitality providers.
These partner resorts — referred to as Non-Notified Resorts — are managed by Sterling to deliver the same high standards of service and warmth. However, as they are owned by third parties and operate on management or revenue-sharing agreements, only 10–20% of room inventory is available to us for member use. The remaining rooms are open to non-members and other travel partners.
To give our members more choice, we are offering access to this limited inventory on a first-come, first-served basis. Since availability depends on our allocated inventory and guest demand, member rooms may occasionally be unavailable even when the resort has rooms open for non-members. For the best chance of securing preferred dates, we recommend booking at least 60 days in advance.
Please note: As these resorts fall outside the scope of the timeshare agreement, access is offered as an additional benefit, not a contractual entitlement.
