FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The jungle starts at our doorstep. Situated in the buffer zone, our sprawling, naturalized property is a paradise for nature enthusiasts. Without even leaving the resort, you can enjoy exceptional Birdwatching, spotting diverse species like the Indian Pitta or the Mottled Wood Owl. We offer curated experiences like "Nature Walk with an Expert" to learn about local flora and fauna, and fascinating experiences of the sounds and life of the forest.

Proximity to the safari is essential. We are conveniently located (approximately 4 km) from the Turiya Gate, the primary and most popular entry point for the Pench Tiger Reserve. This ensures you spend less time traveling and more time exploring the forest.

Yes, we cater specifically to the wildlife community. We take pride in our On-site Naturalists, who are passionate experts available to guide guests and enhance their safari experiences with in-depth knowledge of the jungle. For the photography community, we offer features like dedicated charging stations for cameras, comfortable spaces to process images, and sometimes hold small photography workshops or discussions around wildlife conservation in our recreational areas.

Please note that the main safari zones are closed during the Monsoon (July to September) each year, which is essential for forest regeneration. The "Peak Summer" (March to June) is the absolute best time for predator sightings, as animals converge on the remaining water holes. However, for sheer scenic beauty and vibrant birdlife, the post-monsoon months (October to February) are unmatched.

Our exploration extends beyond wildlife. We facilitate immersive visits to the nearby Pachdhar Village, famous for its black pottery. Here, guests can meet tribal artisans, witness the ancient craft firsthand, and try their hand at the potter's wheel. These curated excursions provide a wonderful insight into the life and art of the tribal communities native to the Pench region.
