Sterling Welcome Back Voucher: How to Redeem

The Sterling Welcome Back Voucher (SWBV) can only be redeemed as per the SWBV Terms & Conditions and can only be redeemed for bookings on the Sterling Website.

How to redeem:

·         On the Sterling Website, click on “Book Now”

·         Choose the resort and dates of travel and Check Availability (please ensure that the days of travel are within the validity period mentioned on the Mailer sent with your Voucher number)

·         You can avail of any available offers as mentioned on the website.

·         After selecting your room and meal plan, enter your guest details. Please ensure that the details are as per our registered data in order to be able to avail of the SWBC.

·         When you go to the payment page, you will note that the offer you have availed has been included in the payment summary.

·         You will find a field named “Voucher code”

·         Enter your 16-digit Voucher code here and your MPin number

·         The Rs.1,000 on your SWBC will get deducted from the booking

·         Make the balance payment and avail of the booking along with the Welcome Back Offer.
