City Palace
Probably the most iconic structures of Udaipur, the glorious City Palace stands magnificently with its reflection blending in with the glistening waves of Lake Pichola making this your Number 1 place to visit.
The most significant landmark in Udaipur, one simply cannot miss out on visiting the City Palace. Built in the 18th century by Maharana Jagat Singh II of Udaipur, the City Palace is a beautiful white marble structure built with Rajput and Mughal architectural styles Overlooking Lake Pichola, it houses luxurious palaces, courtyards, and museums, offering breathtaking views and a glimpse into the rich history of Udaipur. The city palace is open from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Be sure to check out their restaurant and bar on the exit.
