Every safari journey is an opportunity to connect with nature, discover remarkable wildlife, and create lasting memories. As wildlife experiences are influenced by natural conditions, weather patterns, and forest regulations, certain elements of the itinerary may occasionally require adjustments. Our teams work closely with local authorities and experienced naturalists to ensure every guest enjoys a safe, seamless, and enriching wildlife experience.

1. The package is valid only for the travel dates, duration of stay, and inclusions specified in the offer.
2. Safari bookings are subject to availability, forest department regulations, weather conditions, and wildlife movement.
3. Wildlife sightings are natural occurrences and, while every safari offers unique experiences, specific sightings cannot be guaranteed.
4. Safari timings, permits, and zone allocations are governed by the Forest Department and may be modified without prior notice.
5. Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification for hotel check-in and safari entry, wherever applicable.
6. Safaris, transfers, and outdoor activities may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather conditions, operational requirements, forest regulations, wildlife movement, or government directives. Where feasible, suitable alternatives may be offered.
7. Cancellation, amendment, refund, and no-show policies shall apply as per the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
8. Guests are requested to follow all wildlife, forest, and resort safety guidelines during their stay. Consumption of alcohol and loud music is prohibited during safari activities and within designated eco-sensitive areas.
9. Sterling Holiday Resorts shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, modifications, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, forest closures, government directives, wildlife restrictions, or other force majeure events.
10. Standard resort policies relating to check-in, check-out, guest conduct, and use of facilities shall apply.
11. Sterling Holiday Resorts reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to itineraries, inclusions, or activities where required by operational, regulatory, safety, environmental, or force majeure considerations.
