SPECIAL OFFERS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited (SHRL) may provide some special offers to its members from time to time at its sole discretion. Such offers will be governed by the “Special Offers – Terms & Conditions” contained herein below, and the same will be updated on the SHRL website from time to time. These terms and conditions supersede any terms and conditions that may have been shared with the member, either orally or in written form by any representative of SHRL. In the event of any conflict between the T&C provided orally / in written form elsewhere and the below T&C, the below T&C will hold as final and override any other communication with regard to offers.
These T&C come into effect from 1st April, 2023 and are in effect until any changes are made on this page in the SHRL website.
Food Voucher Terms & Conditions:
For Membership Acquisition and Membership Upgrades with effect from 1st April, 2023.
- Food Vouchers are a benefit offered by Sterling to its members as per its discretion.
- Food Vouchers will be provided only in the form of a Digital Food Card. The same will be delivered to the member’s registered email id, along with the IPIN and the Food Voucher amount mentioned.
- Digital Food Card needs to be shown along with the IPIN at the resort at the time of redemption.
- Digital Food Card can be redeemed only against food and soft beverages (non-alcoholic) and only at designated restaurants as declared from time to time. The Digital Food Card cannot be used for “In-room Dining”, “On the Go” or any other special food packages.
- Digital Food Card is valid as per the validity mentioned on the card (1 Year from the issuance date). No extension of validity is allowed.
- Digital Food Card can be used in part and can be used multiple times within the validity period as long as there is a balance left on the card.
- Members cannot avail of cash back against the Digital Food Card. Any unutilized amount on the Digital Food Card, at the end of the validity period will automatically lapse.
- Digital Food Card can be redeemed only against the base value of the bill excluding taxes.
- Digital Food Card cannot be clubbed along with any other offers including but not limited to Sterling Bonus Nights.
- Sterling reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions for the Digital Food Card at any time without prior notice.
- The Digital Card cannot be gifted / transferred. Digital Food Card can be used only by Sterling members / co-applicant and only during their stay at select Sterling resorts.
- Sterling reserves the right to restrict / prevent the usage of Digital Food Card in certain resorts and at certain times of the year, which Sterling can decide from time to time. Click <link> to view the list of Sterling resorts and times of the year, when the Digital Food Card is eligible.
- Digital Food Card is equivalent to cash and once issued, it is the responsibility of the member to take care against misuse. Sterling will not be held responsible or be liable for misuse of the Digital Food Card due to negligence on part of the member.
Bonus Nights Terms & conditions:
For Membership Acquisition and Membership Upgrades with effect from 1st April, 2023.
- Sterling Bonus Nights can be availed only after the start of the Holiday Eligibility Date as per the Sterling Membership Terms & Conditions.
- Sterling Bonus Nights provided are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of realization of the Down Payment of the Membership.
- Sterling Bonus Nights can be utilized only during the White / Blue season as per the published season chart and is subject to availability within the offer validity period. This is applicable for all memberships irrespective of season owned, including Purple, Red, White & Blue season memberships and all Vantage memberships.
- Sterling Bonus Nights can be availed only by the Member / Co-Applicant. These nights cannot be gifted / transferred by the Member / Co-applicant.
- Sterling Bonus Nights cannot be clubbed along with any other offers including but not limited to Food Vouchers.
